ITOS set the following basic quality policy and objectives to realize continual growth and development to be a blue-chip company by quality management system per the requirements of ISO 9001 and blending, developing, producing and supplying the products giving the best customer satisfaction throughout a continual improvement.
To provide the global market with benefits through customer satisfaction by supplying high-quality products with the goal of "Zero-defects" and safe products and to make a continual improvement for the environment protection and safe and cheerful working environment.
It is assured that all of the employees understand/keep in mind this quality policy and follow the rules. They must be able to cope with changes in the market quickly, the demands of the customers, and continually improve the quality management system.
Environmental Policy Statement
The ITOS mission is to discover how the environment affects people in order to promote healthier lives. It is, therefore, a core value of the institute to preserve and protect the environment. As we advance scientific understanding regarding the fundamental interrelationship between human health and the environment, we will proactively demonstrate our commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable development.
Through the implementation of this policy, ITOS will serve as a leader by advancing environmental stewardship within our own programs and facilities, and in the broader community. Accordingly, ITOS will:

Ensure that energy and water are used responsibly and conserved through innovative practices and procedures.

Provide all institute staff with the knowledge and tools needed to meet the goals of this policy and to actively participate in efforts to prevent negative environmental impacts.

Health and Safety Policy Statement
At ITOS, we believe that integrating safety and health into every operation of our Company is of utmost importance. The health and safety of our employees continue to be the first consideration in our operations.
To this extent, the Company strives to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing our operations. In so doing we conduct our processes and operations in a manner to reduce or eliminate the conditions that could cause injury to or health issues for our employees. Employees are consistently urged to report unsafe conditions in their workplace and work with management to eliminate these conditions where they may exist.
ITOS has empowered all employees with the right to initiate a work stoppage. This empowerment allows an employee to stop any work or job they feel is unsafe until concerns are addressed and a workplace safety plan can be applied.
The quality or production goals do not supersede the safety of our employees. The Company’s management accepts responsibility for providing a safe working environment and employees are expected to take responsibility for performing work in accordance with safe standards and practices. Within the scope and applicability of our Safety Program, ITOS has established a goal to have injury and illness incident rates well below the industry average. To accomplish this goal, we ask each of our employees to commit not only to their safety but to the safety of their co-workers and their community as well. Supervisors and all levels of management have this same commitment. Management will strive to continually improve quality and safety by establishing, implementing, and enforcing proper safety standards and best practices at every location.
